What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually 100 pcs. For orders less than 100 pcs, please contact us to discuss specific requirements.
Can you provide CAD drawings for the products?
Yes, CAD drawings are available upon request to meet our customers' technical requirements.
Do you offer free samples for quality testing?
Yes, we supply free samples. However, the shipment cost and any applicable mold fees are covered by the customer.
How long does it take for a customized product sample?
Typically, it takes 10 days to finish new tooling and an additional 5 days to complete the new sample.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T 30% as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. We provide photos of products and packages before final payment.
Do you test all goods before delivery?
Yes, we conduct a 100% test on all products before they are dispatched to ensure high quality.
