What about sample orders?
Samples can be provided to you. Please contact us for details. Once we charge you the sample fee, rest assured that it will be refunded when you place the official order.
What shipping methods are available?
Sea freight, DHL, China EMS, FedEx are available. Other shipping methods are also acceptable. Please contact us if you need another shipping route.
How long does delivery [production] and shipment take?
The delivery time depends on the quantity of your order. Usually, it takes a specific number of working days based on the order volume.
Some products are missing from my package. What can I do?
Please contact our support team. We will confirm the contents of your order with the packaging and arrange compensation or re-shipment according to the actual situation.
How to confirm payment?
We accept T/T, PayPal. Other payment methods are also acceptable. Please contact us before making payment through other payment methods. A deposit is required, and the balance should be paid before shipment.
