Q: What is the lead time for samples and bulk orders?
A: Samples can be shipped within 1-2 days. Bulk orders typically take 40-45 days depending on the volume.
Q: What are your standard payment terms?
A: We accept Paypal, TT, and LC. For orders under 1000 USD, 100% advance is required. For larger orders, 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment.
