What is the delivery time for samples and bulk orders?
Samples are ready within 3-5 days. Shipping takes 5-10 days via express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX). Bulk orders of up to 5,000 pieces typically have a lead time of 20-30 days.
What is your monthly production capacity?
We operate 6 production lines with a monthly capacity of approximately 30,000 units.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we have our own R&D department to handle OEM and ODM projects. Confidentiality is a fundamental principle for all such orders.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T or L/C. The standard terms are a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% before shipment.
